ESTABLISHMENT
M/s. Sree Satyanarayana Spinning Mills Ltd. was formed as a Private Limited Company in the year 1962 by the industrialists Dr. Mullapudi Harischandra Prasad and Mr.Yalamarthi Narayana Rao Chowdary residents of TANUKU TOWN. The Company later in the year 1964 converted into Public Limited Company and started Commercial operation from July, 1964 with an installed capacity of 5504 spindles and gradually increased its spindleage to 41,424 spindles as on date. The Company presently being managed by a Board of Directors who has vast & rich experience in a broad spectrum of Industries. The Company has been modernized with the state of the art Machinery to produce superior quality combed cotton yarns of finer counts from 80`s Ne to 170`s Ne. and is looked upon as a dependable business partner by premium fabric manufactures and exporters. The Company has maintained a high and unbroken profit earning record for the last 25 years and has paid 100% dividend continuously for the past 10 years and for the year 2009-10 it has been increased to 150%. OUR STRENGTHS Our mill has its reputation in quality maintenance right from raw material selection to yarn production. Latest generation machinery is equipped at all processing stages starting from Blow Room to Auto coners. MISSION We put utmost efforts to maintain quality parameters by checking yarn at every stage in regular intervals and stick to delivery schedules assured to our clientele. |
